John Keegan

John has had 20 years experience as a cycling mechanic and is in his second year with Team Jayco AIS, working with both the road and the track teams.  Originally from Dublin, Ireland, he has worked at Road, Track, BMX and MTB world championships since 1995 including 15 road world championships.  London 2012 will be his fifth Olympic Games.  One of his career highlights was preparing Michael Matthews’ bike for a mechanical free 2010 world championship win.  John is looking forward to his next career highlight – seeing which Jayco AIS rider will win the Under 23 World Road Championship this year!
